Who am I?
Based in Surrey, I am a solicitor specialising in transport regulatory law. I advise and represent HGV, PSV, taxi and private hire operator licence holders and drivers across the full spectrum of regulatory matters. My work includes preparing and presenting applications, appearing at public inquiries, driver conduct hearings and licensing sub-committee proceedings, as well as pursuing or defending appeals before the Magistrates' Court.
I also provide strategic advice on regulatory compliance, carry out detailed compliance audits, and assist with desk-based assessments. In addition, I review and draft driver contracts, among other related matters, to ensure clarity and enforceability.
